The Golden Group
Tuesdays, 1:00 PM–3:00 PM, @ Amy's Place
Trained staff will provide companionship and supervision for your loved one while you join other caregivers for conversation and support. It's a chance to recharge, share, and know you're not alone.

Early-Stage Empowerment Group
1st Wednesday, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
A meeting for people living with the early stage of brain change due to Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer's disease, or any related dementia. Facilitated by the Northwest Regional Council.

Support for care partners
Evidence‑based, peer support groups offering education, shared experience, and connection with others who understand caregiving. These groups are for care partners and aren't intended for the person receiving care.

An activities group where people living with dementia socialize, play games, and enjoy time together. It provides social respite for your loved one while their care partner attends the In‑Person Caregiver Support Group at the same time.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Gentle, chair-based yoga for all abilities. Safely improve your mobility, strength, and flexibility with added support.

Music Together® Generations Class

An all ages, music class with Music Together by the Bay. singing, movement, and percussion. Families with young children are welcome.
